HenrIQ and its AI model run on infrastructure operated by Operator Systems in the European Union. No public AI APIs are involved.
TLS in transit, encrypted credentials at rest, login protection and an audit trail of every administrative action.
Each plant has its own isolated connection and its own users; nobody sees another plant's data.
Questions, answers and your data are not used to train or improve any model.
A read‑only login and read‑only queries — HenrIQ cannot change anything.
Chat history, usage data and plant notes can be purged at any time on request.

- Needs a GPU‑equipped server; depending on the number of users this is typically a one‑off hardware investment of roughly EUR 5–10k, which we help you size and source.
